Before we can see or even speak we feel. Touch shapes our reality. Touch is a powerful therapeutic
tool that communicates a felt sense of safety, embodiment and health as it enhances our sense of self.

osteopathic
Osteopathy is a holistic hands-on treatment approach that focuses on the interrelations of all parts and systems of the body with the intension of stimulation a persons natural healing abilities by harmonizing the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. Osteopathy looks beyond symptoms to pinpoint the source of the problem. The results of Osteopathy are often swift and long-lasting.
Osteopathic Manual Practitioners have extensive knowledge and understanding of the human body’s anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, and biomechanics. This, along with advanced assessment skills and a wide variety of technique applications, gives practitioners the ability to personalize each patient’s treatment plan to achieve results.
Osteopathic Manual Practitioners apply gentle but powerful techniques to realign and stimulate the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
athletic
The goal for each patient is to provide an active treatment program that directly focuses on caring for a patient’s injury following a detailed assessment. This assists in the rehabilitation process and is specifically designed for optimal recovery.
Through the treatment program, patients are educated on their specific injury and the stages of their healing throughout the rehabilitation process. This helps to shorten recovery time, reduce the risk of re-injury and give the patient confidence after each session.
Focuses on the treatment and prevention of athletic and work-related injuries
virtual
